How to use: One stick in a full bottle of water (16oz strong - 20oz balanced - more if you want it lighter). One covers an ordinary day; add another when you're sweating in real heat.

About the sweetener: No stevia leaf extract. We sweeten with a zero-calorie sweetener made by precision fermentation, plus a trace of organic agave to round out the flavor. We name the agave because a clean label has nothing to hide.
